EverGuard provides monitoring, alerts, and account-related communications to help users stay informed about potential risks involving their personal information.
By creating an EverGuard account, starting a trial, or using the Services, you expressly consent to receive communications from EverGuard and its authorized service providers as described below.
Service Communications
EverGuard will send communications necessary to provide identity protection and monitoring services.
These communications may include:

• breach notifications
• account activity notifications
• service updates
• onboarding instructions
• fraud investigation communications

These communications are considered service-related messages and are required for the operation of the Services.

• onboarding and support information
Users may configure email filtering or preferences within their email provider; however, EverGuard cannot guarantee delivery if messages are filtered or blocked.

EverGuard and its authorized service providers may send communications to the phone number associated with your account.

Messages may be delivered via SMS, automated dialing systems, prerecorded messages, or phone calls.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Consent to receive SMS or phone communications is not a condition of purchasing EverGuard services.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Disabling push notifications may limit real-time alerts within the EverGuard application.

These alerts are required to provide the identity protection services associated with your subscription.

Opting out of marketing communications will not disable required service alerts or security notifications.

EverGuard is not responsible for alerts that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or outdated contact information.
